Coaching services

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching “as partnering in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires a person to maximize their personal and professional potential.” (ICF, 2023). Coaching is focused on helping you achieve your personal or professional goals.

The coaching process involves several stages:

  1. Exploration of priority areas
  2. Goal setting
  3. Action planning
  4. Implementation and progress monitoring
  5. Supportive accountability
  6. Evaluation, reflection, celebration
